At Arsala Trading L.L.C., we take pride in the quality of our furniture and products. Our goal is to ensure that every customer is satisfied with their purchase. However, certain conditions apply to returns and refunds as outlined below.

1. Eligibility for Refunds or Returns
• Customers must inspect the product at the time of delivery.
• If there is any visible damage, defect, or incorrect item, you must notify us immediately before installation or use.
• Refunds or replacements are only possible if the product has not been installed, used, or altered in any way.

2. No Refund After Installation (Fixing at Home)
Once the product has been fixed, installed, or assembled in the customer’s home or location, it is considered accepted and used.
Therefore, no refund, exchange, or return will be accepted after installation unless there is a clear manufacturing defect that was reported before installation.
This policy applies especially to:
• Outdoor and indoor furniture
• Pergolas, sofas, and customized items
• Any product that requires assembly or permanent installation

3. Custom-Made Products
Orders that are custom-made or made-to-order according to the customer’s color, size, or design preferences are non-refundable and non-returnable once production begins.

• Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
• Delivery or installation fees are non-refundable.
